I wanted to drop you a line to let you know the level of service I received  in the last 10 days regarding me upgrading to a new phone. I had trouble with the new Q 10 with a lot of screens poping up and a bunch of other issues in trying to get use to the latest technology. Anyway I am a very busy person and time is money so I decided to get back to the basics with a new bold. I was greeted by all your staff as soon as I walked in your store with happy smiles. Courtney served me and walked me through the Q10 and after 4 trips back I decided I had enough so she served me again. Her level of professionalism and to the point attitude really impressed me. Very friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. Even set up Bluetooth in my truck twice.Her dedication and determination shines through in making me a Happy Customer.

Was in the store at Xmas when it was standing room only, and again last Saturday when it was completely empty. I was served by Jennifer both times and she was as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable 1-1 in an empty store as she was when it was packed solid. Very professional attitude and a pleasure to interact with. Keep up the good work.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation to your sales people, more specifically Kierstyn. Whoever is training your staff, they are doing a great job. Usually when you venture in to a store, you expect the salesperson to upsell their merchandise. On the contrary, Miss Kierstyn sold me the phone I needed as opposed to the one I wanted and saved me some money in the process. I had a general idea idea of my needs and they were met without any pressure whatsoever. I am very thankful and came away with an excellent experience in your store. Any and all questions were answered fully and there were none too insignificant for her to answer. Thanks again for making my transition and transaction seemless.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Janice White and in the last month my husband and I purchased 2 phones from your store and were very fortunate to deal with a young lady by the name of Michelle Brett. Although we have had cell phones in the past the i phone was new to me . Michelle was so knowledgeable and patient with us that we decided to purchase from her as we have tried several times before at other locations and have left feeling totally confused. I have called your store on a couple of occasions with different questions concerning roaming and vacationing and Michelle has been a wealth of knowledge for us.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable are just some of the terms I'd use to describe the staff at Eastcom. A few years ago I was having some problems with my BlackBerry and a friend recommended I contact Eastcom for support.
